Common questions before you reach out
Where do I manage my billing or cancel my subscription?
Sign in to app.instagantt.com and open Settings → Billing. You can update your card, change plan, download invoices, or cancel at any time. If you need a refund within the 7-day money-back window, email hello@instagantt.com and we'll handle it the same day.
Do I need an Asana account to use Instagantt?
No. Instagantt comes in two versions: a Standalone app that works without Asana, and Instagantt for Asana, which adds bidirectional sync to existing Asana projects. Both share the same Gantt features. You can pick whichever fits your workflow.
