Creating a new Gantt chart using the AI Assistant takes just a few steps:
Click the “AI Assistant” button on the top toolbar.
A dialog will open with the AI Assistant.
Write your text prompt in the input field — describe your project, its phases, tasks, goals, or workflow.
Choose the project Start Date using the date picker.
Click Generate Project.
The AI Assistant will analyze your text and automatically build a full project template based on what you described.
⏳ Please note: The AI may take several minutes to process your prompt — especially if the description is long or complex. The richer the input, the longer it may take to generate the full structure.

You can review the entire structure before adding it to a project.
If you’re not fully satisfied with the generated project, simply click Regenerate to refine or rework the content using an improved prompt.
When ready, you have two options:
