🗂 Accessing Subscription Settings
To manage your subscription, the owner of the subscription (usually the user who purchased it) or any Admins designated by the owner should:
- Open your Instagantt workspace.
- Go to the left sidebar.
- Click My Profile.
- Select Subscription Settings.
⚠️ Only the subscription owner or designated admins can make changes to members, billing, or subscription settings.

Inside Subscription Settings, you will find three main tabs:
Members
- Manage which users have a license assigned.
- Add or remove users as needed.
Billing
- Change the number of seats in your subscription.
- Update payment information.
- Cancel the subscription.
- ⚠️ Important: Cancelling your subscription will immediately remove premium status, as stated next to the cancellation button.
Payment Receipts
- Download past invoices and receipts for your subscription.

- You can only add users who are members of the same Asana workspace(s) as the subscription owner.
